Returns and Refunds Policy

At Vetika, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can request a return or refund following the conditions detailed below.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be unused

Be in the same condition as when you received it

Include its original packaging

Show no signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

Once the return is approved, we will provide you with the necessary shipping instructions.

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product arrived defective or incorrect.

Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

Defective

Damaged during shipping

Different from what you ordered

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

You will need to send:

Photos of the product

Photos of the packaging

Your order number

Once the problem has been verified, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The refund may take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within the first 12 hours after purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Processing and Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

The estimated delivery time is 8 to 12 business days, depending on the destination.
