All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of purchase confirmation.
During this period:
We verify your order details
We prepare your product
We hand it over to the logistics provider
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation notification.
2. Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is 8 to 12 business days, starting from the moment your order has been shipped.
These delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, and may be affected by external factors beyond Vetika's control.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Please note:
Tracking information may take 2 to 5 business days to update in the logistics system.
4. Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address at the time of purchase.
Vetika is not responsible for undelivered shipments due to:
Incorrect addresses
Incomplete addresses
Errors entered by the customer
In the event of a return for these reasons, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
5. Shipping Delays
Although we strive to meet the stated delivery times, delays may occur due to external circumstances beyond our control.
These circumstances include, but are not limited to:

Disruptions in international transport
Customs controls
International conflicts, geopolitical situations, or armed conflicts

In these cases, delivery times may be extended, without this implying direct liability for Vetika.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional situations affecting the supply chain or international trade, Vetika reserves the right to:
Extend processing and delivery times
Modify logistics routes or suppliers
Adapt order management to ensure its correct delivery
These situations include, but are not limited to: international conflicts, geopolitical crises, trade restrictions, or global transport disruptions.
7. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe after the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
After reviewing the case with the logistics company:
If the loss is confirmed, a replacement or a full refund will be offered.
8. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with Vetika, the customer agrees that:

Delays may occur due to external factors beyond the company's control.
These circumstances do not constitute automatic grounds for cancellation or immediate claims.
